How much does it cost?

Our pricing for the 2020 season for Football & Cheer are as follows:


FOOTBALL -

$200 - If paid in full by April 18th

$225 - If final payment is made on or after April 19th but on or before July 10th 

$250 - If final payment is made on or after July 10th


CHEER -

$225 - If paid in full by April 18th

$250 - If final payment is made on or after April 19th but on or before July 10th 

$275 - If final payment is made on or after July 10th

Do you offer scholarships?

We have offered scholarships in the past and unfortunately, those families that have received scholarships, have consistently quit the program early and often, not followed through with their volunteering responsibilities.  For this reason, our board no longer offers scholarships.  We do however, offer enough individual & team fundraising opportunities for families to fund-raise their way.

Do you have fundraisers?

This season we expect to have 3 opportunities to fund-raise. First, we are working with Phantom Fireworks to set up a booth this July.  Families can earn money to pay down their registration fees by volunteering at our booth.  Second, families will also have opportunities to pre-sell $10 vouchers redeemable at our stand.  A percentage of those sales will go directly to the athletes account to pay down the athlete's registration fees. 

Lastly, we are partnering with the Fresno Grizzlies to have a youth night at a home game in August.  We will sell tickets at a reduced price and the Grizzlies Organization will donate a portion back to our program.  We hope to use some of these monies to fund our end of the year awards celebration. 

How are you different from all the other programs out there?

We realize you have choices.. There are approximately 30 youth programs in a 15 mile radius and there are huge differences between each one.  At our core, we believe that our role is to get boys and girls exited about tackle football and cheerleading.  To educate them so they are prepared to play at the next level.  We strive to expose our kids to big time football and cheer.  To that end, we partner with Fresno State Cheer to put together a FREE camp called Cheer4Health.  Our Lady Highlanders have been inviteded by Fresno State 2 years in a row to be featured at the Save Mart Center during the halftime for the Womens Basketball Game. Because of our partnership with USA Football, we help get our kids connected to FREE camps at NFL Stadiums with NFL Players, Alumni and Coaches.  Last season, we sent kids to 49ers, Chargers & Rams camps.

Football - checked out and must be returned at the end of the season to be inspected reconditioned.

What do we need to Register?

In addition to filling out the Registration Packet and the Fees, we require 

- a copy of Birth Certificate/Court Adoption Papers

- a copy of Medical Insurance Card

- a copy of School Report Card

- a Sports Physical completed after December 1, 2019

What do I need to do to help as a Coach?

We welcome all who want to help out our program.  To be a head coach, we look for someone who has had prior assistant coaching experience.  Preference is given to people with head coaching experience. 

To be considered for an assistant coach, we look for individuals who are able to maintain a cool head, can communicate effectively to the age group they are coaching and who can take instruction as much as offer instruction.

All Coaches are asked to submit a 2 page application and provide references.  Head Coaches are interviewed by our VP of Football Operations before having a follow up interview before the entire board. A super majority vote is required to hire a head coach.  Assistant Coaches are interviewed by the Head Coach and approved by the VP of Football Operations.

All level of coaches are required to pass a background check, pass a USA Football Heads Up Certification Program for Proper Tackling / Player Safety / Concussion Protocol / Heat Stress & sign a Coaches Code of Conduct & Contract.

When does the season start?

Our first day of practice is Monday, July 6th.
